During Winter 2011, Peppermint delivered the Feast pop-up restaurant & bar, alongside Brighton Ice Rink at the Royal Pavilion. Tasked with catering to “all walks of life”, the menu served delicious

winter dishes, such as cheese fondue, smoked fish and cured meat platters, seafood chowder and whole suckled pig on Sundays.
