Peppermint Bars - Festival jobs, vacancies, volunteer bar staff, bar work, summer bar work

Contract Period 6-7 weeks Hourly Rate £6.00 per Hour - Flexible Hours (approx 30 hours per week)

! We are looking for energetic, outgoing staff to work for 6 weeks at a temporary tropical beach bar in Liverpool. So if you're looking to work in a fun environment and want to learn how to make tropical cocktails, this might be for you.

Bar experience is definitely preferred, but not mandatory, the right personality is more important.

JOB OBJECTIVE: To provide a quality service and product to our customers meeting their expectations at all times so as to enhance and exceed our high standards.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Good communication, presentation, time management and social skills. Similar experience preferable, but not essential. Cocktail knowledge useful but not essential

MAIN DUTIES

Preparations of the bar and bar area ready for service.
Service to customers.
To make and prepare a selection of Summer Cocktails (training will be provided)
Ensuring correct charges are made and payment received.
Follow correct health & safety procedures to ensure welfare of both staff and customers.
To be fully aware of the content, preparation and presentation of all cocktail list and bar menu items.
To maximise sales.
To promote the company and its services generally.
