We pride ourselves in offering new and unique products such as outside bars providing cocktails, themed/concept bar experiences and exciting new drinks.
How do we work with you?
We believe in working in partnership with each event - you know your event and we know how to tailor a bar operation to complement it. So it has the right products, looks great and makes the most money.
From our initial meeting we will follow a mutually agreed timeline to develop each element of the operation, liaising with site managers, sponsors, licensing authorities and using our in-house production and logistics teams.
We do not have a 'one size fits all' approach and we offer a variety of partnership agreements to make sure we both benefit from working together, increasing quality and growing your bar's income.
For example:
- Partnership Agreement (Revenue Share)
- - Every pound that is spent over the bar is split between you and us (at an agreed percentage)
- - We pay all the expenses out of our share.
- - Zero risk for you and no upfront costs.
- - The division of the revenue is staggered in your favour, so the better the bars do, the higher proportion of revenue you receive.
- - A partnership agreement gives you the opportunity to earn more than a concession buy-out.
- Management Fee
- - We charge a fee for our services
- - You pay the fixed costs
- - You take all the bar revenue
- Profit Share
- - Costs agreed and paid by both parties
- - Profit (after all costs have been paid) split between the two parties at agreed rate
Additionally, we have pro-active environmental policies - including a 100% integrated separating and recycling policy at the festivals, as well as our partnership with Life Water where last year we helped to provide 200,000 litres of clean drinking water to developing countries.
