We always welcome motivated staff looking for great work in the events industry. If you have experience and enthusiasm then we’d love to hear from you.

There are a few different ways to join our team so please check which route is the one for you and follow the instructions accordingly. All of our recruitment is dealt with by our sister companies; Peppermint Staffing and Festival Volunteer.

SEASONAL STAFF

If you want to work as a member of staff at our temporary events and festivals then this option is for you. We offer a good hourly rate and for some events we will also provide you with food and drinks when you are working. Not only will you earn a good wage but you’re also free to enjoy the festival when you’re not working. We try our best to group friends together on shifts so that you can have as much fun as possible and have a great team of managers who know the value of happy staff.

We have various different roles available throughout the season from bar staff to bar backs and till operators to build crew – if you think you have what it takes we’d love to hear from you. We are always on the lookout for experienced, fun and motivated staff for all of our events - whether it's mobile bar services for corporate events or mass-serve bars at music festivals.

Volunteer Work
We are currently recruiting volunteer staff (in exchange for a ticket, drinks and food) to work at some of the best music festivals this coming summer.

In exchange for you volunteering to work 2x6-9hr shifts on one of our bars you will get a free ticket to enjoy the festival. You can volunteer with your friends and choose which shifts you’d prefer to work so we can try to make sure you don’t miss your favourite bands.
