Deadmau5 plays exclusive outdoor show in London this summer

The Deadmau5 revolution continues this summer, with an exclusive gig at London’s Victoria Park – home to Field day and Lovebox festivals.

Following a record sell out show for 17,000 at Earl’s Court – up to 25,000 are expected on Saturday June 11th, 2011.

Victoria Park has hosted similar shows before, including LED Festival, Lovebox and Field Day and some say one of the best venues in London for outdoor shows, due to its transport links and its ability to go “later and louder” than other outdoor London venues, hamstrung by noise complaints.

The Canadian artist Deadmau5 (aka Joel Zimmerman) has become a firm part of the dance music renaissance in recent years, along with acts such as Swedish House Mafia and Pendulum. Deadmau5 who has over 2.5 million followers on Facebook and Twitter has become an iconic feature in the dance music world – selling out large stadiums and concerts where ever he goes. This will be the first ever headline outdoor headline English show. It kicks off at 2pm and is open to over 18’s only.

Tickets go on sale  Friday 25th February, from £39 + BF
