As the rumour mill goes into overdrive, U2, Coldplay, and Beyonce are the latest artists predicted to headline Glastonbury 2011, according to news and celebrity gossip website Holy Moly.
“Friday: U2, Saturday: Coldplay, Sunday: Beyonce,” the site announced, citing information gleaned from their “informants.”
“Sounds like it’s going to be a good one this year, and with the weather seemingly spiralling into Day After Tomorrow territory at the moment, we might even get to go tobogganing,” it said.
Holy Moly has correctly predicted the Glastonbury line-up before and U.K. festival website eFestivals believes they’re right yet again. Read the whole story here.
Of course, it was just last week that Glastonbury People suggested The Rolling Stones would take the top spot on the Pyramid stage.
And we’ve also heard rumours about Abba, Prince, and Kylie as headline acts.
According to Emily Eavis’ Twitter page, all three headliners have been confirmed and will be announced in the spring.
Tickets to the award-winning event are sold out. It will be held at Worthy Farm, Pilton, Wednesday 22nd to Sunday 26th June 2011. Click here for the latest Glastonbury news.
