Wireless announce Justin Timberlake and Jay Z as headliners for 2013

Live Nation has announced their first acts of Wireless 2013. American singer/song writer Justin Timberlake is their confirmed headlining act on the Friday 12th July and American rapper Jay Z will be headlining on the Saturday 13th. Jay Z is returning after performing last year at the 2012 Paralympics. Justin Timberlake and Jay Z have recently come together for a collaboration of Timberlake’s latest single ‘Suit and Tie’. This will be Justin Timberlake’s Sole UK festival performance!

Other acts already confirmed to be performing on the Friday alongside JT are Snoop Dogg, Trey Songz, John Legend, Miguel and Frank Ocean. Snoop Dogg is already confirmed to headline at this year’s Bestival together with Elton John. Saturday’s line up is set to have performances from Emeli Sande, Rita Ora, Kendrick Lamar, Migueal, DJ Fresh and Calvin Harris. This is already a very exciting line-up for Wireless 2013 and more acts will be released soon so keep your eyes peeled.

Tickets for Wireless go on sale on Friday the 22nd February at 9am. Day tickets are priced £64.50 (including booking fee) and 2 Day tickets are £110. Live nation customers will be able to purchase their tickets 24 hours in advance, exclusive presale tickets! Tickets will be available from their site on the Friday.

    Open and generous, Justin Timberlake enjoys a wide circle of friends and acquaintances and he thrives on sociability and fellowship. He is adventurous, playful, freedom-loving, and always ready for a good time. Timberlake rarely allows obstacles or difficulties to keep him down, for no matter how bleak the past or present, Justin always expects a better, brighter future. In fact, he is uncomfortable with his own or other people’s problems and emotional pain. Justin Timberlake often tries to “cheer up” or offer philosophical advice to those who are hurting, but he unwittingly avoids or ignores the emotions involved.,*”;
